My journey in coaching and leadership development is backed by a robust foundation of academic qualifications, professional certifications, and a passion for positive psychology and its impact on leadership effectiveness.

My dedication to understanding the human psyche and its influence on leadership led me to complete a dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from ISEP, based in Barcelona, Spain. My thesis work explores the transformative power of positive psychology in enhancing life satisfaction among high-performing individuals. In addition, I hold a master’s degree in Conflict, Peace, and Security, a collaborative effort between the United Nations Institute of Training and Research in Geneva and UOC in Barcelona. This particular background equips me with a nuanced understanding of conflict resolution and the promotion of peace and security within organizational settings. Finally, as an active member of the USAID network of coaches, I have the privilege of collaborating with a diverse group of coaching professionals across the globe. This network enables me to stay at the forefront of coaching practices and to bring a global perspective to my work.
